This place was awesome. We totally just bumped into it during a road trip but it would be hard to find if you weren't actively looking for it. They serve macaroni and cheese dishes topped with different entrees as well as some sandwiches and some other things but the Mac and cheese is all we needed. It's a cozy mom an pop operation and the staff are very friendly.
I'm pretty sure I could have died and been okay with it after having the E. Carolina. It was so good that I'm still thinking about it and posting this review. I'm looking forward to trying more! Great staff too, everyone is so friendly!
This place has a great vibe to it! With an endless menu of Mac N Cheese dishes and other food too, it's hard to go wrong with the best comfort food! The decor is very 70"s theme with a close knit running staff. You'll catch the regulars in here where you might strike up a conversation almost every time. The food is amazing, the staff is awesome, and you'll never beat the view of the Rockies! (PSA; Red Rocks is a 15 minute drive down from here; an endless adventure is awaiting you!)
We love this place!!! We've had their pulled pork sliders, popper mac, chicken and bacon ranch mac and even the Idaho today. They never disappoint and it's such a cute little unique cafe that I love it! They have a huge selection and their staff is always super nice. They also sell amazing brownies there from a local brownie maker! I would suggest this place to my family friends and anyone driving through!
We made the drive from Pueblo to try this mac place we had heard about. WORTH EVERY MILE!! Mac Nation is AWESOME! The selection and creative combos on the Mac & Cheese menu made it so hard to decide. We asked the experts and got some great recommendations! We loved the service and the comfy outdoor seating. And that Mac & Cheese!!!! It was fantastic and so filling! I will confess that I also got one to go so I could try another one at home! We are also planning a few other trips so we can work our way through the menu!! :-) Keep up the fabulous work Mac Nation!! We loved it!!
